Dr. Gureetpal Singh Grewal is a distinguished graduate of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University in India, with a keen professional focus on canine medicine and dermatology. Beyond his dedicated work in veterinary care, Dr. Grewal finds joy in embarking on road trips and exploring new culinary experiences at restaurants. His multifaceted interests and expertise make him a valuable asset to the world of veterinary medicine.
Dr. Simran K. Bhullar
Dr. Simran K Bhullar, a second-generation veterinarian, grew up in India and South Africa. She graduated from Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University in India and moved to Los Angeles where she practiced small animal medicine for a few years. In her free time, Dr. Bhullar enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Dr. Teg S. Sidhu
Dr. Teg S Sidhu embarked on his veterinary medicine career in 1991 in the Bay area before relocating to Bakersfield, where he further honed his expertise. During his tenure in Bakersfield, he provided his veterinary services at Kern Animal Emergency Clinic and eventually established his own practice. With a particular passion for surgery, Dr. Sidhu holds certification in TPLO (Cruciate Surgery) and boasts a track record of numerous successful surgical interventions. He has also pursued specialized training in various orthopedic and minimally invasive surgical techniques, including TTA (Tibial Tuberosity Advancement), AO ASIF (Basic and advanced internal fracture fixation), external fixation of fractures, arthroscopy, total hip replacement, flexible endoscopy, laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, and stem cell treatment. Dr. Sidhu's commitment to staying at the forefront of veterinary medicine and surgery ensures that he can offer the latest and most effective techniques to his patients.

Dr. Alireza Pourfarzaneh, DVM
Dr. Alireza Pourfarzaneh is originally from Iran, where he graduated in 2001 as DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine). He specialized in Veterinary Pathology. Dr Alireza has 15 years of experience in the field with small animals and livestock. He also has 10 years of experience in the field of clinical laboratory science. In his free time he likes to read, play sports especially soccer. He also likes to sing. He is currently in the process of getting his ECFVG/Arizona Veterinary State License.
Dr. Julio Cabrera, MVZ
Dr. Julio Cabrera is the newest addition to our team here at WPVH. Dr. C is originally from Cuba where graduated as an MVZ (Medico Veterinario Zootecnista).He specialized in Canine internal medicine and Dermatology. He is very passionate about his family and working with pets. He loves learning about new cultures and exploring new avenues. In his free time he likes to research, play sports especially Basketball and likes to stay active. He is currently in the process of getting his ECFVG/Arizona Veterinary State License.

Katelin
From a young age, Katelin has always been passionate about animals. From owning dogs and cats to even a small mouse, she always found various ways to care for them as it was her dream to be in the veterinary field. She graduated high school in 2020 and went straight into a year at the University to continue her education. She ended up transferring to Carrington College where she studied to receive her Veterinary Assisting Certification. Along the way she ended up taking in a stray who is now her beloved Australian Shepherd Onyx and also took in her family dog Lady who is a pitbull. It is her passion to continue to care for all animals, even those that are not her own. She found herself drawn to the idea of sharing her knowledge and experiences with others. It is her goal to analyze and implement new ways to improve the quality of care for our animal patients and pet parents.
Mayra
Mayra, a 2020 graduate of Pima Medical Institute's Veterinary Assistant program, gained valuable experience during her externships at Alta Vista Veterinary Hospital and Desert Ark Veterinary Hospital. Since joining our team in July 2022, she has showcased her passion for working with both cats and dogs of all sizes, prioritizing their comfort within the clinic to ensure their visits leave a positive and lasting impression. Outside of work, Mayra enjoys quality time at home with her two beloved canine companions, Peaches, a three-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, and DeLuca, her one-year-old American Doberman Pinscher. With aspirations to further her education, Mayra has plans to enroll in school and pursue a degree as a veterinary technician, with a specialization in dermatology for animals on the horizon.
Adriana
Adriana graduated as a Veterinary Assistant in June 2022 from Pima Medical Institute and completed externships at Alta Vista Veterinary Hospital. She has been an invaluable member of the team since June 2022. Adriana has a deep passion for working with cats and dogs. She consistently ensures that her patients and clients feel comfortable during their visits and in the clinic's environment, fostering a desire for clients to return. Adriana is a devoted pet owner herself, with two beloved pitbulls named Canelo and Bella, whom she adores. She treats every patient as if they were her own, providing them with the utmost care and attention.
Samantha
A proud graduate of high school in 2021 and currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences at Arizona State University. Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and my time volunteering with nonprofits in Los Angeles has deepened my love and dedication to helping them. From cuddling rescue dogs to assisting at wildlife rehabilitation centers, my experiences have fueled my passion for making a positive impact in the lives of animals. Join me on this journey as I continue to pursue my dreams of creating a better world for our furry friends!
Desiree
Desiree Graduated from Carrington college in July 2023, Desiree is currently doing school at Penn Foster to get her Associate degree in animal medicine. Being able to help animals anyway she can has always been a dream of hers since she was little. Desiree loves to spend as much time with her pet as she can, She has a pitbull named Snoopy. Desiree joined our team in August 2023 as she steps into a new chapter of her life having the passion to help animals.

Hey there! I'm Yamileth Gomez Gonzalez, a passionate animal lover from Phoenix, Arizona; who was a former alumni of West-MEC. I'm a proud owner of an amazing dog named Kira, a German Shepherd mix. I'm on my way to becoming a veterinarian, ready to make a positive impact in the world of animals!
Jasmin
Jasmin studied at PIMA medical institute as a Veterinary Assistant in Las Vegas, NV in getting her certification. Doing her externship at Tropicana Animal Hospital, she expanded her knowledge in patient care. She has a companion named Leo, an American Doberman Pinscher, who is sweet and friendly. Jasmin strives to prioritize in educating owners in treatments that are offered here in West Phoenix and ensuring patients are cared for. She lives in a ranch with lots of animals such chickens, goats, a horse, and bulls!
Jamie
Jamie joined our team in June 2023, as a former dog trainer and handler of various animals; she decided to expand and want to learn more. A passion for animals and a love for helping others, Jamie makes sure everything flows easily while providing a warm welcome to our furry patients and their owners. Other than having a passion for our furry patients, Jamie has multiple pets at home; From fluffy pets to scaly pets. Get ready to be greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome when you visit our clinic!
Frances
When not hard at work at her awesome job, Frances takes care of her mother at home. She loves kitty cats, in which she just adopted a stray who she named “Boyce”. In her spare time, she enjoys taking photographs mainly of the sky and moon. To her, she has a serious weakness for Nutella treats!
